At last! A great website on Pumpkin Seed oil and Australian made too! I have loved the stuff since I had a trip to Austria 10 years ago.It is such a wonderful tasting oil and soooo healthy. I use it when I do a beef roast - just skewer the meat and pour a little oil in. Fantastic subtle flavour! Salads simply take on a new meaning!
But do keep it in the fridge after you have opened it - keeps fresh that way.

Im a Austrian born South African living in Cape Town South Africa.
Love the green gold, its the best thing since red wine. Wonder what type of terrior you guys grow the pumpkins in, ie soil and weather, I thought it would be to dry and sandy in Australia.
Do you also roast it like they do in Austria?
Anyway let me know if you have a outlet here in South Africa, Id love to get my hands on it and taste some.
Wish that our rugby players ate the stuff maybe it will help them play a bit better in the super 12.
