Icecream with Pumpkin Seed Oil
Don't be scared by this idea! The nutty flavour of pumpkin seed oil is great with icecream.
- 2 cups vanilla icecream
- 2 tsp pumpkin seed oil
- waffle cone (optional)
Two ways you can do this. Simply drizzle the oil over the icecream and serve OR let the icecream soften in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and then mix it in and refreeze for 2 hours. It does reduce the icecream but it like having a fantastic soft serve icecream! You can easily put in into a waffle cone if you wish.
