Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Seed Biscuits

Ingrediends:

Method:

  • 125g butter
  • 25g castor sugar
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 100g self raising flour
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 75 dark chocolate chips
  • 50g chopped pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 170ÂșC. Line a baking try with baking paper. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, oats, chocolate and pumpkin seeds. Roll in balls and flatten into 12 - 14 biscuits. Leave room for biscuits to spread. Bake for 20-25min.
