Colourful Tomato Salad

Ingrediends:

Method:

  • Red cherry tomatoes
  • Yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbs Pumpkin Seed Oil
  • 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • salt & cracked pepper

Halve cherry tomatoes and place in a bowl. Finely chop the onion and add to the tomatoes with with oil and gently mix. Then add the vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, mix and serve. You may also want to add some fresh garlic and parsley.
