How to Shop Online

To order through our secure online system:

  • Click on 'Shop Online' in the top green menu bar or the 'shop online' picture - this will bring up a page of catagories of products.
  • You will notice at the top left it will say 'You are here: Shop Online'. Click Shop Online at any time to come back to the catalogue. (Also this list will show you which catalogue you are in, which you can also click on.)
  • Click on any of the category names or pictures to see individual items.
  • Add the items you want to the shopping cart; You can add the items you want to the shopping cart here or click on the item picture for a detailed description of the product and then click on 'add to cart'.
  • Located at the top right of the item boxes, under the green menu bar, is a running total of how many items are in your cart and the value. Don't worry if you make a mistake, you can change items in your cart at any time.
  • Click on the 'View Cart'. This will show all items in your cart. You can increase quantities of any items or delete any items.
  • Once you are happy with your items, select from the 'Choose Shipping Option': 
    • If delivery is anywhere IN Australia, select "Standard Australia Only" or "Registered Australia Only". These are flat rates.
    • If delivery is OUTSIDE Australia select "Australia Post (Air)", then your destination country and enter your postcode and press enter. The shipping & handling costs you will be charged if you proceed will show below with a round button. Click the button if you are happy with the amount.
  • Click on 'Check Out'. This will take you into a secure site so you can enter your delivery and payment details.
  • Fill in the details on the form and click 'Submit'.
  • Then just wait for the mail to arrive!

  • For other Mail Ordering options, run your mouse pointer over the 'Shop Online' until the drop down menu appears and then select 'Ordering Options' or click here.
  • Find out if there is a shop stocking our products near you by running your mouse pointer over the 'Shop Online' until the drop down menu appears and then select 'Shops' or click here.
