Shipping Policy & Details

All shipping is done via Australia Post.

Order Processing times:

This can vary; the post office is currently 60km away and so we do not send parcels every day. Orders received by Thursday will usually be sent on a Friday. Sometimes an extra run is done at the beginning of the week if there are a lot of orders. Please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your order if delivery is in Australia or check your country for mailing times and add a couple of days for our processing - we strive to get all orders to you as soon as possible.

Security:

We recommend Registered Post for Australian deliveries. Any order over $200 must be sent registered. For international deliveries you may contact us if you would like insurance for your order. We will not refund orders lost in the mail.

International orders:

• All order are sent via Standard Australia Post Airmail.
• There are some restrictions with some countries receiving certain items, check your country for International Postage Details before ordering.
